I am thrilled to announce that my personal blog portfolio is finally LIVE!
While most people spent the recent public holidays (Feb 11-13) relaxing, I decided to embark on a personal challenge. I wanted to build something that represents who I am and what I do. Today, I am proud to share that my personal portfolio is finally ready!
The Challenge: From Non-Techie to Web Builder
I’ll be honest—I am not a professional web developer. For someone from a non-technical background, the idea of building a website from scratch can be intimidating. However, I believe that with the right tools and a bit of determination, anything is possible.
My Roadmap: YouTube, Gemini & ChatGPT
I didn't do this alone. To get started, I spent time watching YouTube tutorials to grasp the basic concepts of web development. Once I had the foundation, I brought in my "virtual mentors."
I utilized Gemini and ChatGPT to guide me through the technicalities. From structuring the layout to fixing bugs and generating ideas, these AI tools made the process seamless. It was a 72-hour marathon of "learning and doing" simultaneously.
Current Status & Future Plans
The site is now live, but it’s still a "work in progress." I am currently uploading my projects and fine-tuning the design. This is just the beginning—I plan to continuously improve and add more features as I grow.
