My Role: Ensuring Brand Consistency & Premium Presentation
As a Brand Executive, my primary responsibility was to ensure that every visual touchpoint of the AGM reflected Lovello’s premium corporate identity. From the arrival of the shareholders to the main stage proceedings, the branding had to be flawless.
Key Execution Areas:
- Stage & Backdrop Design: Supervising the installation of the main stage backdrop, ensuring the 14th AGM theme was perfectly aligned with corporate guidelines.
- Venue Branding: Coordinating the placement of standees, directional signage, and welcome banners across the factory premises to guide the delegates and guests.
- Visual Documentation: Ensuring that the spirit of the event was captured through professional photography and visual storytelling for corporate records.
- On-Ground Supervision: Working closely with the production team to ensure high-quality print materials and a bubble-free, sharp finish for all vinyl and cloth installations.
