Transforming the Brandscape: Executing the Factory Branding Project for Lovello Ice-Cream PLC

In the corporate world of FMCG, a brand's identity begins long before the product reaches the consumer. It starts at the heart of the operation—the factory. In December 2025, as a Brand Executive at Taufika Foods and Lovello Ice-Cream PLC, I had the privilege of managing a comprehensive Factory Branding Project at our Valuka plant.

The Vision and Leadership

This project was a strategic initiative coordinated by our Deputy Manager (Marketing) and myself. While my boss provided the overarching strategic direction and leadership, I was tasked with the operational lead, on-site supervision, and quality assurance. This synergy allowed us to maintain the high corporate standards that Lovello is known for.

Project Scope: A 360° Visual Overhaul

The objective was to create a professional and welcoming environment that aligns with our brand's premium positioning. The scope of the work included:

  • Factory Gate Office Branding: Applying high-quality office stickers and vinyl branding at the main security and reception hub.
  • Road Signage & Direction Indicators: Designing and installing road signs to ensure smooth logistics and a clear path for visitors.
  • Main Entrance (Road Gate) Branding: Large-scale branding on the road gates to announce our presence with impact and clarity.

The Execution Timeline: Precision Under Pressure

  • Quality Control (Dec 10, 2025): We personally visited the print house to oversee the production phase. My focus was on ensuring color accuracy, material durability, and sharp resolution before the materials left for Valuka.
  • On-Site Installation (Dec 11–12, 2025): The installation phase was intense. I spent two days on the ground, supervising the vendor to ensure every sticker and sign was perfectly aligned and securely fastened.

Operational Excellence & Vendor Management

We collaborated with the agency 'Eventify' for this project. Managing the logistics and financial aspects was a key part of my role. Following strict corporate protocols:

  • We issued a formal Work Order outlining all specifications.

  • Managed a structured payment plan: 50% advance to kickstart production and the final 50% settlement upon successful completion and verification of the work.

The Impact

The successfully completed project has significantly enhanced the visual appeal of our Valuka Factory. It stands as a testament to our commitment to brand consistency, from the production line to the final point of sale. For me, it was another milestone in mastering the art of 360° Brand Activation.
