Success is never a solo journey. As the founder of Khuluku Branding & Marketing Services, my biggest asset has always been my team. This memory from January 2024 is a small but significant glimpse into how we operated as a family.

Leadership Through Trust

In the busy atmosphere of our office, I believed in empowering my leaders. Instead of a formal corporate distribution, I preferred a more personal touch. I would hand over the prepared envelopes to my Manager, who then distributed them among the team—a practice that built mutual respect and accountability within the ranks.
